(...) when you sing together and you sing in harmony and you have to phrase with another person, you’ll have to learn how they phrase and they have to learn how you phrase, and it becomes like a dance. It’s like a dance in the ear.DICEYUK wrote:A longer version of the interview posted earlier

That's exactly what I thought when I first heard that part where she sings a little bit in French and then he sings a little bit in English etc. (There's some kind of complication, Il lui dit, he's alone spends the night with his lover, il y a des traces...). Exactly like a dance between them

And I have to say this. I hate her cheekbones

I've suspected too for some time that she's using injectable facial fillers.Maia wrote: And I have to say this. I hate her cheekbonesI love her and all but I liked more her natural face. The cheekbones are the new boobs, every girl/woman wants to enlarge them or whatever they do to make them so... pointy

I hope she doesn't overdo it and end up with the so-called "chipmunk cheeks", or "pillow face", common among the people who are fond of this procedure!
And yes, it's so popular now among the celebrities, a real craze!

I love that part of the lyrics.Maia wrote:That's exactly what I thought when I first heard that part where she sings a little bit in French and then he sings a little bit in English etc. (There's some kind of complication, Il lui dit, he's alone spends the night with his lover, il y a des traces...). I like it a lot when she sings in French and another singer sings in English:
"Seeing the good... meme si tout va si mal"
"Focus on everything better today... Crier la vie quand tout autour se tait"
It's very cute.

And I choose not to comment the facial fillers.
It's show business - a woman's gotta do what a woman's gotta do.

Yep, I've just watched that interview video again & I have to agree - she looks bloody awful & pretty damn stupid like that.Maia wrote:And I have to say this. I hate her cheekbonesI love her and all but I liked more her natural face.
Her whole face looks stiff and her cheeks look like they're about to explode.
I don't know why naturally gorgeous women feel the need to do that sort of thing - there's no shame in growing old gracefully, not that 54 is old.
Perhaps we should give her the benefit of doubt & say that she had just been to the dentist.
